ORDERING

Payment Methods - 6 Ways to Pay
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and PayPal Bill Me Later. We accept Money Orders for mail orders (no checks). Sorry, COD is not available.

Credit Card & Users:
When you place an order online, we receive an authorization for the amount of the purchase from your credit card company. No funds are charged until after the order has been reviewed and is being processed.

Debit Card Users:
Please keep in mind that it is your bank who holds the funds after placing your order. This is standard procedure for banks as we do not capture any funds until after the order has been processed.

PayPal Users:
Funds are directly captured from your PayPal account at the time the order is placed online. Any credit adjustments necessary during the order processing will be applied to your PayPal account.

Order Processing
It is important to us to ship your order timely and complete. Order processing and delivery times do vary amongst product(s) ordered. Should an item on your order be temporarily out of stock for longer than 5 days, we will contact you via email or phone with delivery status on your order. If an item is no longer available (discontinued or sold out), the item will be cancelled from your order and notification will be sent to you via email. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for Express Shipments.

Order Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed tracking information. If you have an inquiry or do not have your tracking email,
please Contact Us for information on your order.

Cancelling an Existing Order
Circumstances may arise when you need to cancel and existing order recently placed online.

To cancel your order, Contact Us and include your name and order number. Please note, if you wish to cancel only a portion of your order, please be specific as to which item number you wish to cancel so the entire order is not cancelled.


Shipping Policies

Free Shipping is available on U.S. Orders over $89 (Excluding AK, HI, APO, and FPO) 

$5.00 Flat Rate shipping on U.S. orders under $89 (Excluding AK, HI, APO, and FPO)


  • Excluded Items from Free Shipping:
    Hazardous and oversized items are excluded from Free Shipping.  Examples of items excluded are Boss Seats, Snow Eliminators, Running Boards, Suspension Kits, Exhaust Systems, Turbo Kits, Engine Performance Packages, Oils/Fluids, Utility Jugs, Utility Racks, Dollies, Stands & Lifts, Ramps, Skis, Trailer Equipment, and Luggage.  Additional oversized/hazardous items not listed may be excluded from the Free Shipping option if deemed necessary.  Shipping charges on these items will be kept to a minimum.

Free Shipping is not available on shipments outside of the United States. We will do our best to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.


Prepare for the Holiday Season
We want to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible for the holiday. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of your order during this busy time. We recommend placing your order early to ensure that it arrives in time for the holidays.


Holiday Order/Delivery Dates:
While we are processing and shipping orders daily, we must allow for adequate shipping times to your area. Therefore, orders placed after December 9th cannot be guaranteed for delivery before the December 24th holiday. Please note, tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

Continental United States Shipping Options.

Free Ground Shipments will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. We will ship your package via UPS, USPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.


AK, HI, APO, FPO Shipping Options

International Shipping Options

  • USPS International Priority Mail
  • USPS International Express Mail
  • Custom Fees -- As with any international shipment, Custom Fees for your country may apply.
    We do not charge nor do we collect any custom fees. These custom fees will be due at the time of delivery when you accept the package.

  • Shipping KLIM Gear Products
    Due to manufacturer restrictions, we can only ship KLIM GEAR within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship KLIM GEAR to any other international countries. Please make sure to provide a U.S. or Canadian shipping address if you order contains any KLIM GEAR products.

Where to ship your package?
For your protection, provide a shipping address where an authorized individual will be available to accept the package.  Delivery couriers may choose to leave your package when no one is available to accept it. This is out of our control as it is solely up to the courier company at the time of delivery. Unless specifically requested by phone, packages are not shipped with "Signature Required" services. If you wish to have this service ($3.00 fee), please call us to place your order and request "Signature Required" for your order.

Address Corrections, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Please double check your order for accuracy.  A $15 Change in Address Fee will be charged for shipments that require a change in address during shipment.
  • Refused or unclaimed shipments will be responsible for the shipping expenses charged to us by the delivery carrier.

Interruption of Delivery Service
Shipments that are guaranteed for a specific delivery date (USPS Express or UPS Air Shipments), will not be refunded for any interruption of service due to causes beyond the carrier's control.  Interruption of Service would include but is not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; or any other event that is beyond the carrier's control to deliver the package as scheduled.


45 Day Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not require any RMA #. Simply follow the below instructions to return/exchange your product.

4 Easy Steps to Returning/Exchanging Products:

  • Include a copy of your Invoice and clearly indicate which items are in your package.

  • Clearly indicate on your invoice if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for.

  • When shipping, do not use the manufacturer's packaging for a shipping box. This will damage the manufacturer's product labeling & could void your return.

    Note: We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Conditions of all Returns/Exchanges.

  • Products must be complete with all original packaging and in new condition.
  • Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).
  • FREE items received with the original order are to be included with your return. If you choose to keep the free item your refund will be reduced by the unreturned item's retail price.
  • Packages postmarked past the 45 day exchange/return date will be issued an in store credit only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Discontinued Merchandise (a.k.a. Closeout, Clearance, and Non-Current) may be exchanged or given a 'store credit' only as these items are non-refundable.
  • Items designated as "Special Order", are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise not meeting the above requirements will be refused or subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 5%.

All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers of the products we sell. A majority of manufacturers do not allow dealers to make a decision on whether a product will be replaced or repaired.
