The center compartment is insulated with half inch foam and a zip out water proof liner that works as a cooler to keep drinks cold or from freezing and breaking or it can be used as a dry bag to keep all your gear dry. Comes complete with the Q.R.S. SYSTEM, To remove just pull the T-handle and lift off. Dimensions: 14Wx14Lx6H
