| ORDER PROCESSING: |
| Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the beginning of the week. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order. |

Every attempt is made to ship your order complete. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email or phone with up to date delivery information. |

SHIPPING OPTIONS: |
FREE Shipping on orders over $99! That's right, we will ship your product for FREE via standard service within the continental United States. Free shipping is not available for AK, HI, APO, FPO or shipments outside of the U.S. Some exclusions apply on items considered oversized, hazardous or are very heavy in weight. Exclusions include Exhaust Systems, Turbo Kits, Engine Performance Packages, Boss Seats, Avalanche Packs, Oils/Fluids, Shop Dollies, Skis, and Trailer Accessories.

We strive to ship every order timely and complete. However, there are some instances where an item may
be on backorder. Should your order contain a backordered item, we will hold the order until it is complete depending upon the wait time involved.
If you wish for us to split the order, a shipping charge for the backordered item may be requested.
Responsibility of Shipping Charges:
Orders that are refused or unclaimed, will be refunded less any shipping costs that were incurred in processing and shipping your order. |

Shipments:
International shipments will be sent via USPS Insured. Please note that any Custom Fees will be your responsibility upon receipt of the package.
Please Note: Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship KLIM Gear & Clothing anywhere outside of the U.S. Shipping addresses must be to a U.S. address for us to complete any KLIM orders.
- COD is not available.
UPS Delivery Information:

Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You must list a valid street address with your order.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, (Saturday and Sunday)
will not be shipped until the beginning of the week.

UPS shipments will not be delivered on Saturday.
- Address Corrections: A $15 Change in Address Fee will be charged for any UPS shipments that require a change in address during shipment. This includes any address corrections do to the incorrect information being submitted on your order. Please double check your order for accuracy.
- We do not request or require a signature for ground service deliveries. It is solely up to the deliverer's discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door if no one is home. For your protection, please ship to an address where someone will be there to accept the package.
- UPS Interruption of Service: Shipping costs on UPS Air Shipments (2nd Day or Next Day Air) will not be refunded for any interruption of service due to causes beyond UPS's control. Interruption of Service would include but is not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; or any other event that is beyond UPS's control to deliver their package as scheduled.

Before returning any products, you must contact us for a return authorization number. You may email us at
returns@firstplaceparts.com , or call 1-800-396-7034 for customer service. Once your RA# is received, you must mark it on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of your sales receipt inside the box with any notes/comments pertaining to your order.
Shipping returns is at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned.
Return Policy
- 30 Days = Full Refund (Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you order was sent out with the Free Shipping option, your account will be credited for the product returned less the shipping expense for sending the item to you. Our minimum shipping/handling fee is $9.99)
- After 30 Days = No returns accepted
All Returns must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging.
We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, your refund will be issued back in the same manner in which you paid for the merchandise (credit card or check). Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 10% re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Exchanges may be made within the 30 days of date of invoice. You may email us at

Upon receipt of merchandise and approved inspection, we will exchange for the model of your choice. Any balances or shipping costs due will be charged to your credit card.
