Order Processing Time: Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the beginning of the week. If there is an extended delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order.
FREE Shipping:
Free Shipping is available on orders over $99 within the continental United States (via standard service). Free shipping is not available for AK, HI, APO, FPO or shipments outside of the U.S. See below for exclusions.
Excluded Items: Some items that are deemed hazardous or very large in weight/size are excluded from free shipping. Samples of excluded items include Boss Seats, Snow Eliminators, Running Boards, Suspension Kits, Exhaust Systems, Turbo Kits, Engine Performance Packages, Oils/Fluids, Shop Dollies, Skis, Trailer Equipment, and Luggage. Additional oversized/overweight or hazardous items not listed may be excluded from the Free Shipping option if deemed necessary. Please note, we will do our best to keep shipping costs for you at a minimum.
Shipping Orders Complete:
We strive to ship every order timely and complete. In some instances an item may be on backorder. Unless the backorder item is substantially delayed, we will hold any "Free Shipping" Qualifying order until it is complete. If you wish for us to split the order, a shipping charge for the backordered item may be necessary.
Delivering Your Order:
UPS Delivery Information for Continental U.S. Shipments:
UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver is available online. Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must list a valid street address with your order. UPS shipments will not be delivered on Saturday.

USPS Delivery Information for AK, HI, APO, FPO, and International Shipments:
Priority Mail, Express Mail, International Priority Mail and International Express Mail is available online.
- Custom Fees on International Shipments -- As with any international shipment, Custom Fees for your country may apply. These custom fees will be due at the time of delivery when you accept the package.
- Shipping Klim products to International Addresses: Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship KLIM Gear & Clothing anywhere outside of the U.S. Shipping addresses must be to a U.S. ship to address for us to complete any KLIM orders.
For your protection, please ship to an address where an authorized individual will be available to accept your package. Packages are not shipped with "Signature Required" services unless specifically requested by the customer. It is solely up to the delivery driver's discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door if no one is home. If you wish to have Signature Required Services ($3.00 fee), please call us to place your order and request this service for your shipment.
Address Corrections and Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:
Please double check your order for accuracy. A $15 Change in Address Fee will be charged for shipments that require a change in address during shipment. Refused or unclaimed shipments will be responsible for the shipping expenses charged by the delivery carrier. Orders refused or unclaimed will not be refunded this expense.
Interruption of Delivery Service:
UPS Air Shipments (2nd Day or Next Day Air) and on USPS Express Shipments that are guaranteed for a specific delivery date, will not be refunded for any interruption of service due to causes beyond the carrier's control. Interruption of Service would include but is not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; or any other event that is beyond the carrier's control to deliver the package as scheduled.
Exchanges & Returns available up to 30 Days* We want you to be happy with your purchase and realize an exchange/return may become necessary. We advise you to contact us directly so we can assist you with your exchange/return.
Please follow these instructions to Exchange/Return an order.
- Call us at 1-800-396-7034 or email us at
sales@firstplaceparts.com, for your return authorization number. An RMA number may be requested within 30 days of your placing your order.
- Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you a RMA # (good for 10 days). The RMA should be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.
Packages postmarked past the 10 day allowance will be issued an in store credit only.
- Exchanges require a $9.99 re-ship fee to send the chosen new product back to you. (Oversized / Hazardous items may incur a larger fee.) Please include with your invoice a check or credit card number for the re-shipment fee.
Returns:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders that received Free Shipping will be credited for the returned product(s)* less any shipping charges, minimum $9.99. Free Items must be included with your return to receive a full credit. Should you wish to keep the Free Item, we will adjust your credit accordingly. Magazine subscriptions are non-refundable.
*Special Order, Discontinued, Non-Current, Closeout/Clearance, and Magazine Subscriptions are non-refundable. All Exchanges/Returns must be in new condition and complete with all original packaging. Merchandise not in the original condition or missing original packaging may be refused, or subject to a re-stocking fee, at our discretion.
