This helix system incorporates a multi-angle design with overdrive capability to not only provide maximum initial shift for aggressive acceleration but also higher full shift out ratio for more top-end speed. Controlled tests have shown increases of 2 sled lengths in acceleration (0 to 80 mph) with an additional 2-3 miles per hour top speed.

Select Shift™ Technology is a new feature added to this helix which allows the operator to adjust the initial shift duration and aggressiveness externally without removing the clutch or belt! This Select Shift™ Technology utilizes a stepped rotator plate that mounts under the helix. For less aggressive initial shift, the rotator plate can be rotated into one of three different positions. Each position will reduce the initial shift angle and duration. This is extremely beneficial for customers riding in a variety of elevation, temperature or snow conditions. Call for application.
